Madonna Surprises Oprah Winfrey

On May 25, The Oprah Winfrey Show ends its 25 year run with a star-studded finale that includes A-list celebrities such as Beyoncé, Patti Labelle, Halle Berry, Tom Hanks and Madonna.

The queen of pop decided to surprise the queen of daytime on her last taping in Chicago and had only kind words towards the chat show host:

"It's no secret millions of people are inspired by Oprah. I am one of those people. She's a self made woman who has been at the top of her game for 25 years and she is still kicking a--, encouraging people to dream big, work hard, to read a book, get an education, ask questions - no matter who you are or where you come from. She fights for things she believes in, even if it makes her unpopular. She has balls and a wealth of compassion. I've learned so much from her."

Oprah and Whoopi Goldberg reunite after 25 years

This upcoming Monday, the cast of "The Color Purple" will reunite for the first time in 25 years on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Above all, what has made this reunion special is the fact that fellow actresses Whoopi Goldberg and Oprah Winfrey have ended a 20 year period of not talking to each other at all. All these years, there have been rumours flying that the pair did not get along very well and have avoided each other constantly. The pair first met as co-stars during the filming of the movie which scored Winfrey an Oscar for Best Actress.

Check out the emotional reunion between the two on the clip below! Do you think they are being sincere?

Michael Jackson's brother is upset with Oprah

TV sensation, Oprah Winfrey is preparing a special dedicated to Michael Jackson and word has it that she has scored interviews with those who were closest to him such as ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, his mother Katherine Jackson and even the singer's eldest children, Prince and Paris, to talk about the late singer.

Now, his own brother, Randy Jackson, has clearly expressed his total opposition against this interview and took his Twitter account to express his issues with Oprah: "I can never forget when she had the show on pedophilia during the jury deliberation process in my brother's Santa Maria case... That was no coincidence," he revealed.

Randy states Oprah was not fair with his brother during the trial and how his brother would not approve of her being close to his children. He wrote: "I know how Oprah feels about my brother and family. I also know that he would not have wanted this... She is the last person on earth he (Michael) would want around his children."

Jackson's brother added that had he known beforehand about this interview, he would have advised his parents against it.

In my humble opinion, the guy has a point. Oprah wasn't fair to Michael at all, specially considering how he gave her the interview of a lifetime by agreeing to let her be the first person to interview him inside his Neverland ranch, providing her with one of the highlights of her career. She never gave him the presumption of innocence during the trial, instead, she distanced herself from him and made it seem as if she was more doubtful than sure about his persona.

Now, after he's gone, she has been quick to remark the wonderful musical figure he was just to get a ratings boost. Besides, aren't MJ's children supposed to be living a quiet and normal life? Leave those kids alone!
