It is hard to believe that 25 years ago, a normal kid called Marty Mcfly defied all the laws of nature by hopping into a Delorian and time travelled all the way back to the 50's. As you all probably know, that was the premise of the movie "Back to the Future", an incredibly successful film in the 80's that spawned two more hit sequels completing one of the most beloved trilogies in movie making.
Apparently, audiences in the UK are still willing to travel back in time to relive those good old memories, as the 25th anniversary re-release of the movie starring Michael J. Fox has pulled in more than £450,000 from across the country to chart at number seven. Not bad at all for a movie which is a quarter of a century old!
Let's hope this movie gets the global treatment so audiences all over the world get the chance to re-watch it on the big screen.
Would you re-experience "Back to the Future"?
