Pink Covers Alicia Keys "Girl On Fire"

 Pink recently visited BBC´s ‘Live Lounge‘to present her new single "Try", and took the opportunity to do a rock cover of "Girl on Fire", Alicia Keys most recent hit.

 Not only do they share their first name (Pink´s real name is Alecia Beth Moore) but they both have similar voice range as well.

American Music Awards 2012 Winners & Performances

 Last night, the 40th anniversary of the American Music Awards took place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and the evening was filled with dazzling performances.

We must say that on this ocassion, the AMA´s were far more entertaining that the VMAs or EMAs were, specially thanks to the list of performers who appeared on stage.

First Watch: Try - Pink

Pink has unveiled the video for her second single “Try” off of her #1 debut album, The Truth About Love. 

The piece was directed by Floria Sigismondi and choreographed by The Golden Boyz along with P!nk’s trapeze partner Sebastien Stella and has taken inspiration from the Apache Dance. 

This beautiful and aerial acrobatic dance is considered a physical expression of the battle between men and women.

Pink has expressed how much fun she had during the shooting: 

“Making this video was the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire career. I never wanted it to end. It’s my favorite video ever.”

First Listen: Try - Pink

 Pink is getting ready to release her forthcoming new album, The Truth About Love, and she has already unveiled a second single called Try. 

Written and produced by Greg Kurstin and Busbee, Try is a pop rock ballad which is so good to the ears.

 Pink is expected to perform the track live at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards.

 The first single, Blow Me (One Last Kiss) is a collaboration with producer Greg Kurstin who she previously collaborated with on the track Centerfold included on her I´m Not Dead album.

Pink Asks Bruno Mars For Number #1 Spot

 Pink has kindly asked Bruno Mars over Twitter to retract his number one hit single, Grenade, so she can reach the top spot with her latest effort, 'F**kin' Perfect', which is currently at number 2.

 She wrote: "'F**kin' Perfect' is #1-digital chart, #2 on the Hot 100 Pink's 11th top 10 hit. Damn you Bruno Mars! you're lucky I love that song!!!! :)."
 She later added: "Some1 just said if 'F**kin Perfect' goes to #1,it'll b the only time that's evr happened off a greatest hits. Please, Bruno? take ur song back."

 Pink´s new single has climbed the top 5 in spite of her controversial music video which debuted recently.

 It is nice to see some fellow singers share an inside joke about charts and success for a change, isn´t it?

P!nk debuts new song and a greatest hits album!

  P!nk is set to release her first hits album called "Greatest hits...so far!" containing 18 of her best songs as well as three brand new tracks. There will also be a deluxe edition containing a DVD of her best videos. The first single is a Max Martin produced track called "Raise your glass".
